Our Cover Supervisor Programme is tailored to provide hands-on experience in schools across Teesside and the surrounding regions. **Key Responsibilities**:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining an effective learning environment by:

- Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Supporting and engaging with students to facilitate their learning and development.
- Following the school's policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor (Training Provided) you will:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with students and contributing to their educational journey.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education or related field is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Completion of our Cover Supervisor Programme Training
