As Sales Associate, you will be enthusiastic, confident, motivated, and well-presented, representing the effortless lifestyle of the brand. You’ll go the extra mile to provide a memorable experience for your clients and maintain professionalism and discretion under all circumstances.

The Role:
Main Responsibilities Include:

- Providing exceptional standards of customer service, surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
- Demonstrating and reflecting the effortless image of the brand.
- Developing a detailed knowledge of the product to provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to the store management.
- Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.
- Actively ensuring merchandise presentation reflects VM standards and general store standards.
- Actively striving to achieve KPIs to increase store performance.

About You:

- Demonstrable success gained as a sales consultant within a brand.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Additional languages beneficial.
- Demonstrable sales skills.
- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Demonstrates respect and politeness and regularly exceeds customer expectations.
