**OVERVIEW**
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Cardiff’s newest and most prestigious hotel

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR **
We require a highly skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager who has a hands-on approach and an ability to demonstrate they are capable of innovation, inspiring, training and leading a team. You will need a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to all of our guests.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO **
This diverse and challenging role is responsible for working alongside the Food and Beverage Manager managing all aspects of the vast Parkgate Hotel Food and Beverage operations. To ensure that the Food and Beverage Services team are communicating and working together to provide a seamless experience for our Guests.
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the running of the department on a daily basis, ensuring that all team members are trained and motivated to interact with guests and embrace our latest technology, and ensure an exceptional and consistent level of service is offered at all times.
Deputising for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence. Managing the departmental rota on a weekly basis to ensure sufficient coverage for the daily operation. To ensure Team members are trained according to Celtic Collection standards and monitored to support possible future career progression. To support the Food and Beverage Manager in day-to-day operations. Come up with innovative Food and Beverage ideas. To cover duty management as and when required.
This role is suited to an individual to wants to progress in their career and advance to the next level.
