Our quality client now seeks a Property Consultant to work alongside the business selling unique luxury homes.

**Job Description**:
Services

The role and responsibilities of the Freelance Associate are;
- Dealing with high-net-worth clients, potential viewers and buyers;
- Building relationships with clients and customers;
- Generating leads;
- Signing new clients;
- Generating and carrying out market appraisals;
- Listing and marketing luxury homes;
- Generating and carrying out viewings;
- Creating and executing marketing activities for properties listed;
- Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion.

- High levels of customer service at all times;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Proactive and hardworking sales and marketing approach;
- Ambitious, self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude to your work;
- Organised and able to plan workflow to achieve business results;
- Work to be carried out within the usual business hours of 9am and 9pm, a day's work is usually regarded as 8 hours within these usual business hours;
- Availability to deal with evening and weekend calls and appointments;
- For the Freelance Associate to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity at all times whether that is face to face or within their personal social media presence;
Location of Services
- Working remotely from home;
- Meeting with clients, customers and suppliers at their premises; and
- Dealing with viewings at the property.

- Postage for canvassing cards
- Ad hoc postage

- Completion gifts (buyer & seller, in excess of £60 each)

- Internet
