We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Office Guru to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in creating a smooth-running and positive work environment. Experience in an office-based admin role would be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:
**Office/Facilities Management**:
Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance needs.

Prepare breakfast trolley and ensure cleanliness of kitchen area.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment (interior and exterior).

Manage office supplies and stationery orders.

Oversee vending machines and restock as needed.

Conduct regular fire safety checks and ensure emergency equipment functionality.

Manage building temperature control.

**Administrative Support**:
Assist with data entry and report generation (Call Stats, Target Tracking, etc.).

Collate information for various departments (Hire Team, Support Team etc.).

Play a key role in populating our new inhouse CRM system by entering accurate and complete data

Manage communication with external parties for various services.

Answer the door buzzer and greet visitors.

Manage Royal Mail account and address any invoicing queries.

Scan documents for managers and facilitate electronic distribution.

Assist with travel arrangements for events and meetings.

**People Support**:
Coordinate onboarding processes for new starters (security passes, HR setup, training, IT equipment etc..).

Order and distribute uniform for employees.

Organize social events and team-building activities.

Manage birthday celebrations and send cards.

**Project Management**:
Assist with planning and execution of office projects and events.

Research and organize training opportunities for the team.

Manage and report on the Innovation/Ideas Station.

**Skills and Experience**:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
