Building Surveyor

Our client, a Multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy, based in Northumberland, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The role will involve working on both commercial, residential and heritage projects in both a building surveyingcapacity. Focusing on a range of works including building pathology surveys, schedule of condition surveys, project based works, instructing contractors and contract admin. This position will involve working across a large portfolio ranging from small residentialproperties to large farm and industrial buildings.

It is envisaged that the Building Surveyor will have experience across a range of different sectors and will be looking for an interesting long-term role. The Building Surveyor will ideally have a knowledge of historical buildings and will be based in theNorthumberland area.

**Building SurveyorPosition Requirements**
- Must be an experience Building Surveyor
- Living within commuting distance of the Northumberland area
- Keen to work on historical projects
- A knowledge of multiple sectors is key
- Must be looking for a long term role
- Full UK driving licence is needed

- 25 days holiday plus BH
- Mileage allowance
