**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has Sales Team Management experience to work for a forward-thinking international estate agency who have great market share

You will be managing a team of highly motivated Sales Negotiators so previous estate agency experience is essential.

You will need to be passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to motivate and get the best out of your team. You will manage the day to day running of the sales business and will be able to self-motivate and drive the business to a high level.

A determined attitude is an absolute must to succeed within this hugely successful company.

**Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include**:

- Previous experience as a Residential Sales Manager
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Managing, motivating and developing a team
- Determined and motivational attitude
