Warehouse & Trade Counter Apprenticeship NVQ Level 2/3 (16 - 24yd Olds)
Manningham Lighting is a independent electrical merchant business. Our core business is the sale of electrical components, lighting and light bulbs. Our stock can vary from small electrical products to large industrial lighting. We are a small team and based from a warehouse in Listers Mill, Bradford.
**WORKING TIMES**:Monday - Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm
**LOCATION**:Unit 1B Listers Mill, Scotchman Road, Bradford BD9 5DD
**PAY**: Starting from £NMW apprentice level starting - reviewed quarterly
**Duties**:
- Receiving and sending deliveries
- Stocktake and warehousing
- Serving customers
- Picking & packing orders
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and workspace
- Re-stocking goods
**Key Skills**:
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge on internet and ecommerce
- Attention to detail & accuracy
**The Role**
- Day to day duties will include general shop and administrative tasks
- Dealing with hot inbound sales leads
- Up selling and cross selling various products to customers
- Processing of orders coming through via website and telephone
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with order progression
- Achieving sales targets
- Providing first class customer services all round
**Salary**: From £5.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
