We are now recruiting for a Full/ Part time time Customer Service Clerk must be able to work a min 30hrs week to join the Customer Service team at our Head Office in Irlam.

We have invested in our production facilities and pride ourselves on offering a professional, quality and customer focused service. The business has grown dramatically with continual year on year growth, whilst still maintaining its focus on operational efficiency and service delivery.
**About You**
In summary, you should:
- Have good administrative and organisational skills.
- Be numerate, and computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ideally have experience in sales order processes.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (particularly as this role requires a large amount of time being spent on the telephone).
- Previous experience in a customer service type environment would be an advantage.
- To process customers’ orders and queries to agreed standards.
- To liaise with customers effectively, portraying the ethics of the business.
- To understand and deliver key service indicators.
- To carry out other designated routine and non-routine tasks to agreed standards.
- To liaise effectively inter-departmentally and with third party suppliers.
- To support the Customer Service Manager and Sales team, in the implementation of new processes and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
