The role involves accurately processing accounting data to strict deadlines and liaising with numerous internal stakeholders in the production of client accounting. The department deliver highs quality financial reporting across a range of client types, including companies, trusts and partnerships.

**Outline Duties**
- Posting payments and receipts and transfers.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Provision of financial information (eg Balances) to the Client Services team.
- Assisting the Client Accountants with accounting tasks as required.
- Preparation and collation of schedules for clients.
- Sending out reports and accounts to clients.
- Preparation of sales invoices for clients.
- To assist in other technical or administrative areas within the Company as may reasonably be requested, having regard to level of work and existing work.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures

**Experience & Qualification**
- Educated to minimum of Higher Grade
- Ability to work to deadlines and produce high quality work
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload
- Accurate and methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with staff and clients at all levels
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills
- A flexible, positive approach to work
