Recruitment Advisor

**Job Description**:
Our client who is based within the public sector have a temporary requirement for a Recruitment Advisor for approx. 12 weeks.
This role will be based in the Motherwell area, with a rate of pay £11.50 to £12.29 per hour, depending on experience. The role will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility for recruitment campaigns, ensuring the full process is completed in a timely manner, liaising with managers from the service and seeing the project through from start to finish.-
- Provide advice and support to managers to ensure they are clear on processes and timeframes and to support an efficient and effective recruitment process.- Be gatekeepers of data quality, advising managers on job descriptions and adverts where there are errors or information is out of date or inaccurate.- Support the Senior Advisor - Recruitment and Team Lead to develop digital alternatives to manual processes, embracing continuous improvement and the need for digital innovation.- Support the digitalization agenda by promoting the changes with managers and providing advice and guidance as appropriate. Support the Senior Advisor - Recruitment to update myNL with changes in a timely manner.- Support the Senior Advisor - Recruitment and Team Lead to promote opportunities on relevant social media channels and provide information and advice to managers on the appropriate use of these channels.- Be a champion of fair and inclusive recruitment practices, raising awareness of the need for a consistent approach across all services and providing advice and guidance on fair recruitment practices.- Work with the Senior Advisor - Recruitment and Team Lead in support of public outreach, attending recruitment events and working with partners to promote the business as an employer of choice.- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of current policies and core conditions and advise on elements of terms and conditions as it relates to the employment contract.- Ensure compliance with GDPR and work with colleagues to maintain confidentiality and data security across all delivery areas.**Key Skills**:

- Experience working in an HR, admin or customer service role- Experience dealing with a few enquiries and prioritising depending on the situation.- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to assess your daily workload and prioritise dependant on competing demands- Excellent verbal communication skills, with an understanding and insight that different communication styles are required depending on how you are dealing with.- Excellent written communication skills- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy of recruitment text and processes- Ability to communicate to all levels of staff and support in the delivery of training and presentations- Good IT skills and an understanding of how working in a digital world impact on the recruitment process.- The ability to embrace change and be open and receptive to support digital transformation in recruitment.
