CNC Plasma

Shift Pattern : Mon to Thurs - 6am to 4 pm. ( Overtime Available / Immediate Start)

As one of Sheffield’s leading sub-contract manufacturing companies, CTL Seal Ltd are looking to expand the department to support its market growth.

As an experienced Profile and Plasma machine operator preferably with experience in both manual and CNC machines. You will be working within a progressive material processing shop either on the days or night shift you will be working with a variety of materials. You will be expected to work as an individual or as part of a team you should be experienced in working to drawings and instructions.

**Main Duties and **Responsibilities**

The role has day to day tasks including:

- Setting up and profiling various thicknesses of material including some chamfering.
- Communicating with Departmental Managers and supervisors during production
- Meeting design requirements from production plans and written/verbal instructions.
- Following all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures laid down in the Company Handbook.
- Varied and interesting work, requiring attention to accuracy and detail to ensure tolerances are met.
- Inspecting product to simple drawings and record accordingly.
