She Advisor

We’re looking for a SHE Advisor to join our Telecoms teams based in the Bath & Western Super Mare area. Within this role, you can enjoy hybrid working, great progression opportunities, a competitive salary, and even more.

**Location**: Home and site based in the Bath & Western Super Mare area***

**Contract**: Permanent, Full time

**Salary**: Up to £42k depending on experience plus benefits

We need you to advise Kier’s employees on minimising and avoiding risks around their day-to-day work. Nothing is so urgent that we cannot take time to do it safely.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the operational teams in carrying out their roles and SHE responsibilities.
- Assist the operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- Conduct regular and robust health and safety Inspections & Audits.
- Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported quickly and are also effectively investigated, contributing to Incident Review Boards and Incident Review Panels.

**Who are we looking for?**

This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if:

- Full UK Driving Licence.
- NEBOSH Certificate (preferably Construction) or equivalent.
- Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. TechIOSH or above).
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 Standards.
- NRSWA awareness.
