We have an exciting new position for a **Senior M&E Planning Executive**.
As the Senior M&E Planning Executive you will be tasked with professionally coordinating a variety of contracted Meeting and Events. You will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, have the ability to adapt and multi task and have that keen eye for detail. Your key responsibility is to ensure that all contracted events are coordinated in line with company standards and ensuring that all event information is gathered and communicated to the hotel operations team prior to event.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assist with maximising and driving all meeting and event sales to achieve targets.
- Deal with all contracted bookings ensuring all final detail including delegate numbers, rooming’s lists and timings are collected from booker.
- Arrange and conduct final details meeting/calls with organiser prior to event, enabling you to gather all relevant information in order to produce a BEO.
- Update iVvy/Opera with accurate and relevant information ensuring revenue is loaded in line with event contract.
- Produce function sheets for all events ensuring all the necessary details are noted.
- Ensure all rooming list details and requirements are gathered and handed across to the team for input.
- Complete daily meeting and event revenue postings.
- Increase conversion of repeat business by developing strong client relationships.
- Ensure clients receive a detailed event order in advance of their event.
- Produce and distribute weekly BEOs for forthcoming events.
