Goods Inward

We are currently looking for a Goods Inward/Store person in Fishpond for a engineering company.
This person will be working in the Goods in/out department within the business making sure parts are booked in and dispatched when required.
**Shift**:
Full time, 39 hours Monday to Friday.
- **Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm**:

- **Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm**

**Pay**:

- £25,000 to £28,000 annually based on experience.
- Overtime paid time and half

**Main Duties**:

- Ensuring Goods in is kept clean and tidy.
- Unloading of goods, equipment, and materials.
- Booking in of the goods, equipment, and materials.
- Inspection of materials and dimensional check to the relevant documentation.
- Releasing of items from the stores.
- Weekly stock check.
- Packing and delivery of finished products.

**Qualification and skills required**:

- Experience of stores process and procedures.
- Fork truck (training will be given to required standards)
- Ideally worked in an engineering environment.
- GCSE of C or higher in Maths and English
- Fork Truck Driving (Desirable)
- Attention to detail.
- Team working ability.
- Works calmly under pressure.
- Has a questioning attitude.
- Challenges what is considered unacceptable behaviours.
