A key focus for the PR Specialist, based in London, will be executing proactive and reactive communications approach across all media, including trade media, to build and promote our corporate reputation, as well as environmental and social goals.

The PR Specialist will also support with managing issues and delivering against the team's priorities for the three year business plan, and supporting our team with managing any reputational risks, as well as external-facing escalations which pose a reputationalrisk to our business.

**Job Description**:
On this journey we're all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Communications Specialist & Press Officer you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation teamfor UK & Ireland, you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build trust and develop local general media picture, and proactively pitch news from our client in selected focus areas.
- Responsible for local reactive media relations (press telephone and mailbox) together with the PR Manager and the Communication Specialist & Press Officer team, and secure that global communications and media policies are being followed locally.
- Collaborate with the UK&IE Communication Specialist & Press Officer team to ensure PR and Communication goals are being reached within the markets.
- Following up and reporting on KPIs and objectives connected to PR and communications projects.

- You have a formal education within Communication &/or Marketing, if not, at least 3 years' experience from similar positions and/or within PR/Communications
- You have experience in media relations and proven record of handling crisis communications.
- You have excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English.
- You have strategic experience in Corporate & Fashion PR, Internal & Crisis Communication
