**About Us**
Based in Burgess Hill, our manufacturing business was established in 1994. We specialise in producing environmentally friendly professional cleaning products for local and worldwide distributors.
**Purpose of the Role**
Working as a valued part of the team, to undertake the manufacturing and packaging of liquid and powder cleaning products as scheduled by the Production Planner. Ensuring that overall production remains a smooth and efficient process to deliver quality goods in a timely manner. All products are made on site for customer orders.
**Essential Requirements**
You will have a professional attitude and be a strong team player, also able to use your own initiative and follow instructions.
Physically fit - able to safely lift weights of up to 25kgs, good hand/finger dexterity for setting up some machinery.
Strong organisational skills, utilising a methodical and efficient approach to tasks.
Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are required to safely follow instructions and label products correctly.
**Terms of employment**
**Pay:
- £11.50 **per hour (**£22,425 **per annum).
**Hours:
- 37.50 hours **per week (**7.50 hours** per day)
- Mondays to Thursdays_ - 08:00am to 16:15pm (with 2 breaks totalling 45 minutes)
- Fridays_ - 08:00am to 16:00pm (with 2 breaks totalling 30 minutes)
**Holidays:
- 20 days annual leave, plus all bank holidays**. 3 days holiday must be reserved each year from the annual entitlement, for the week the Company is shut between Christmas & the New Year. Annual entitlement increases after 5 years’ service.
Also, once probation is completed successfully, **an additional days holiday is provided on birthdays** to mark this special occasion
**Desirable Requirements**

**Full training, uniform and PPE will be provided**
