Join our Energy team within Flow Equipment division in United Kingdom as Inspection Supervisor to help us ensure that all operations are completed on time and to an exemplary standard. If you have passion and drive with a solution orientated outlook, then we would love to speak to you.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Instructing, directing, developing, motivating all members of your allocated team
- Planning and preparing all work schedules
- Monitoring the completion of non-conformance records, noting trends and escalating issues when required
- Ensuring the completion of documentation in accordance with internal policies and timeframes
- Developing and maintaining policies, standard operating procedures support production requirements with a strong emphasis on health and safety and environment
- Liaising with agencies to support the recruitment of temporary staffing to cover peak periods
- Attending relevant meetings to support with production activities and project scheduling
- Ensuring risk assessments are completed including mitigation plans to support minimising risks

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- HNC or equivalent in mechanical engineering and or relevant experience within related industry including knowledge of industry practices and standards
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements including completion of risk assessments
- Knowledge and experience using measuring equipment
- Non destructive testing method experience / qualifications
- Communication skills, including the ability to influence.
- Customer service skills
- Well organised and methodical and an ability to meet targets even when requirement specifications may alter
