We’re Hiring

Join the team: We’re a family run tapas bar in Dundee city centre. We are currently looking for two full time front of house staff to join our team. We are looking for experienced front of house staff, knowledge of bar/cocktails/mixology is highly desirable. Any experience in hospitality, fine dining and barista roles are also beneficial.

You will be working in an environment with fresh tapas, and cocktails, in a fast paced but relaxed atmosphere.
- We are a proud living wage employer. (The living wage is currently £9.90, rising to £10.90 as of 1st April 2023).
- 2x Full Time positions available.
- Hourly Pay (Salary can be discussed for Full Time positions).
- Paid Monthly.
- Equal share of tips.
- Lots of training opportunities.
- A mix of daytime and weekend shifts.
- 4 day working week.

We are looking for:

- A reliable, hardworking and welcoming front of house team member.
- Experience creating cocktails, and barista coffees is preferred.
- Willing to develop strong product knowledge and be well informed of allergies and dietary requirements.
- Comfortable working independently within a small but busy restaurant.
- Ability to manage bookings, take telephone bookings and operate a Point Of Sales system.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet, problem solving, and using your initiative.
- Cash handling and key holder experience beneficial.
- 2 years+ experience preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.90 per hour
