**The Olive School, Small Heath** is a new primary school for 4 to 11 year olds that opened in September 2019. Like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.

**Who we’re looking for**

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils. You will be committed to making a positive difference to young people’s lives and in supporting and developing their learning. Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, providing the support they need to succeed.

**You will have**:

- 5 A*- C (or 9-4) grades at GCSE including English and Maths
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- The ability to communicate effectively in English
