ABA Tutor / Behaviour Support Therapist (Home and Community)

Creative Behavioural Solutions are looking to expand their team due to the on-going expansion of our service. We are currently looking for ABA Tutors to support children, teenagers and young adults with Autism. Energetic and experienced professionals are required to support in education, leisure, health and vocational/community programmes. You should be familiar with implementing and supporting skills development, managing behaviours of concern and social inclusion programmes to access local communities for individuals with Autism to develop to their full potential. We offer training and support to give you the confidence and skills necessary to help make a significant positive difference to the lives of young people.

**Contract Type**:Full & Part-time Contracts available

What we offer:

- Supportive and encouraging work environment for developing/enhancing Behaviour Analytic skills.
- Collaborative involvement in intervention strategies planning, opportunity to identify and develop specific goals (based on assessment curriculums such as AFLS/VBMAPP/EFLS) and implementing Behaviour Support strategies that are already in place.
- Full supervision from a team of experienced BCBAs.

**Requirements**:
**Desirable**:
Hold a Post-Graduate Qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related area/ or be in pursuit of same/ or relevant experience and knowledge of ABA principles, e.g., RBT qualifications.
- Experience in utilising the principles of Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support.
- Ideally, but not essential, have two years of experience supporting individuals with Autism.
- Experience in understanding and managing behaviours that challenge.
- Experience working in the family home environment and community settings.
- Confidently be able to lone work, and to work remotely.
- The ability to collect, graph and analyse data.
- Be flexible, enthusiastic and committed.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of ethical and professional practices.
- Demonstrate initiative and have experience in programme implementation and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
