**Technical Service Engineer**

**Radstock**

**£25,000.00 - £45,000.00 (DOE)**

**Monday to Friday**

**Full Time Position**

We have partnered with an engineered water services company who are seeking graduates and highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Engineers to join their team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop inhouse Water process equipment in both design and manufacture
- You will be at the forefront customer facing offering technical support both remotely and hands on as required.
- Ensure smooth operation of customer equipment and offer professional management of key business accounts.
- Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified in Chemical/Electrical engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and components is advantageous
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
