Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team and grow with us. **This isn't a standard pick and pack role or standard company.**

We are a small but growing tight knit family and friends team with all of the team willing to jump into different tasks as and where needed.

No experience is necessary, however, you must be able to listen, learn and communicate with a desire to understand, help and learn. We offer premium services to our clients so work quality and consistency will be monitored and expected. Processes _must_ be followed.

Duties to learn will include receiving deliveries and stacking records in a protective manner, printing orders and how our IT system and automation work, picking/scanning/packing fragile products, organising products according to type, fast or slow moving and strict release dates, returns and production including digital printing and embroidery.

**Requirements**:

- Excitable, willing and keen to learn and suceed
- Must be clean and tidy, focused and organised
- Able to perform lifting and use stairs (3 floors) on a very regular basis
- Stringent attention to detail and accuracy in following processes
- Excellent communication skills, work of ours is very rarely individual

**Salary**: £12.49-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
