The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to gain valuable Sales, Admin and Account management experience with a view to progress within the company in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing Customer sales orders.
- Answering in bound telephone calls.
- Any general office administration tasks as required.
- Creating quotes and amending customers specifications.
- Reviewing Customer recent order reports, identifying sales opportunities as well as business we may have lost then reporting back to the Account Manager.
- Prospect Searching.
- Assist with projects from Directors/Sales Reps as and when required.

Person Specification
- Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Must be self-motivated & hungry to achieve success
- High attention to detail
- Sales and customer service experience is preferred

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
