Our client is looking for a customer focused individual with experience managing client accounts and their requirements to join their team. Working largely with an existing client based, you will be developing and promoting sponsorship opportunities acrossa national and global program of events.

This role reports directly into the Head of Aerospace Sales, works closely alongside the operations team and will have a sponsorship executive report directly into you.

**Sponsorship Manager Main Responsibilities**:

- Creating and developing brochures/content to assist with the customer journey and objectives
- Working with the team to create and source new commercial offerings to meet client objectives
- Client facing sales
- Client facing account management
- Creating and managing contracts for sign off by clients
- Work closely with the operations team on customer account activation
- Creating post event reports for the sponsors of all events, including ROI reports
- Ensure internal and external commercial customer needs are met by monitoring progress of customer requests, queries and responses
- Work closely with commercial team and operations team to build and deliver bespoke client solutions based on objectives across all products

**The Ideal Sponsorship Manager**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing client accounts and their requirements
- Customer Focused and a fluent and excellent communicator at all levels
- Strong organisational and diplomatic skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, be flexible and think on your feet when required
- Assertive with ability to portray authority and composure
- Innovative and Creative
- Precise budget forecasting and management
- 'Hands on’ approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible attitude to working hours
- Personable and a good team player
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages and project planning
