Npi (New Product Introduction) Chemist

Here at Lianhetech, we are looking for an NPI Chemist to join a team who are responsible for process development activities on new projects and their transfer to manufacturing.

The NPI Chemist will carry out process research and/or development activities according to provided customer information to ensure the process is well understood and scalable with respect to hazards, safety, operability, and quality. You’ll be responsiblefor the day-to-day planning of own work, fully supporting the start up on a new process in Manufacturing and participating in design reviews and HAZOP’s.

**About You**

We’d like our NPI Chemist to hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or hold a BTEC (or similar) but have previous experience in the chemical industry. Either way, you’ll have good knowledge of organic chemistry and be eager to work in a laboratory environmentprimarily on organic synthesis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get a real insight into the chemical industry and be supported by experienced Production Coordinators, Process Engineers, Plant Technologists and Analysts.
