We are recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards “great people, great place”.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a healthcare assistant to come and join our friendly nursing team on Mottistone Ward. This post can offer either full or part time hours and involves shift work which includes nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
As part of our small friendly team, you will be involved in caring for elective surgical patients. You will need to have a willingness to learn; show compassion and kindness, demonstrate enthusiasm, and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
In return we will provide you with the necessary support to enable you to learn and professionally develop within your role. If you motivated; organised and have good communication skills and are seeking a new challenge; then we would like to hear from you.
