Reporting into the Head of Business, the Aftersales Leader will control the day to day operations of our unique Preparation Centre and need to be fully engaged with the organisational strategy, understanding how their own crew’s efforts assist the goals of the division.

**As Aftersales Leader, your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and manage a team of preparation technicians and supporting roles, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for vehicle inspection, reconditioning, SMART repair, and pre-delivery inspections
- Manage stakeholders required for parts and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, quality control reports, and team productivity
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimise the process
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Ensuring all warranty and repair work is carried out and adheres to CarStore standards
- Maximising efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives
- Championing a great customer experience

**Requirements to be successful in this position**:

- Proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving operational excellence in an Aftercare Team
- Aftersales Leadership Experience
- Strong understanding of vehicle reconditioning processes and industry standards
- An exceptional engaging leadership style, always striving to get the best results out of your team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £43,225.00-£60,515.00 per year
