**The Role/ Duties**:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Purchasing team of 3. As the Administration Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Handle incoming calls and provide phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - using MS Excel (pivot tables).
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide support with data input of Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO's), Inventory information.
**Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as typing and data entry accurately; flexible and adaptable.
