This is a new opportunity with an IT Managed Services company that has been in business for over 30 years. The company has significant plans for growth and is looking to expand their already successful sales team. This is a well-respected and establishedcompany that has opportunities ready to be developed by an enthusiastic and disciplined Business Development Manager.

We are seeking a very proactive Business Development Manager to win new recurring and repeat business from existing accounts and to scale accounts. A proven track record of selling IT Managed and/or Cyber Security Services and Solutions is required for therole. You will also ideally have experience in managing small to medium sized sales teams, setting targets, monitoring KPI’s and willing to go a step beyond the minimum to ensure client satisfaction with the services they are purchasing.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Enterprise C-Level sales experience
- Able to do new business and account development
- Experience selling IT and/or Cyber security solutions
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience of selling IT services
- Demonstrate experience of selling into new accounts and growing existing accounts
- Understand forward-looking KPIs and sales process.
- Collaborative with other functions internally and externally to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills - presentation, written and verbal.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Act with integrity and trust.
- Driver’s License & personal vehicle

**Our client is looking to have a record-breaking year and needs a Business Development Manager who can really hit the ground running and spearhead their growth from a £1.5 million turnover business. You will be supported by an experienced and professionalteam and board of directors who are focussed on growth and developing market share. **Please note-the basic salary on this role is £40k/annum with uncapped commission on top-on target earnings are £100k/annum so there is plenty of scope for an ambitious sales person
