Job description

BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced care taker/ estates person for a retirement living complex based in Storrington
- Supported or retirement housing
- Liaising with external providers
- Assessing potential tenants

You will provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Schemes,

You will also report repairs and complete Health and Safety Checks on a daily basis
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to easily learn new systems
- Excellent customer service
- Previous Housing experience preferred
- Previous experience of working with older people preferred

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am
- 12pm

Hours; 15 hours per week

This is a permanent position

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £13.40 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
