Trainee Baker

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated person looking to work at a thriving and fast paced bakery? Ashers Baking Co. is currently seeking to employ trainee bakers on their busy afternoon shift working Sunday to Thursday nights from 3pm to midnight / 1am. Skill set required includes weighing up, mixing, handing up doughs, proving and oven experience. Production of Breads, Scones, Pancakes, Farls and other baked goods according to company process and procedures to ensure the manufacture of high quality products. Pay range negotiable depending on experience.

Other attributes required include good housekeeping discipline, adhering to Heath and Safety regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
