As the successful Family Care Solicitor, you will be confident & experienced in handling your own caseload, being in a position where you will have to challenge decisions made by social services or a government department following the PLO process.Dealingwith a mixed caseload of matters across care proceedings and children’s arrangements, your cases will mainly be Legal Aid, however you will have an opportunity to work on high-cost cases. It is paramount that you have an empathetic and compassionate approachand maintain excellent client care levels at all times.You will be responsible for handling all matters from instruction through to completion and will have full Secretarial & Paralegal support.
