A great opportunity has arisen within our Witton Plant at TIMET for an Inspector, working a full continental shift pattern (4 on 4 off days and nights rotation, 12 hour shifts).

The purpose of the role is to complete visual product inspections using a variety of measuring equipment and NDT testing using hand test equipment.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for completing visual product inspections
- Preparing products for packaging and dispatch - goods inwards/outwards
- Loading and unloading of vehicles using overhead cranes and forklift trucks
- Following all Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Control Procedures
- Use continuous improvement tools and techniques to maintain and improve processes in the department

**Experience and Qualification/Education Requirements**
- Previous experience of visual product inspection
- Strong emphasis on attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience or familiarisation of working towards Quality Control Procedures and Quality Assurance Standards would be advantageous
- Ability to drive a Forklift Truck and operate crane/lifting equipment (full training will be given).
