We are looking for a support worker passionate about **Making a Difference.**It would be beneficial if you have experience working in a supported living environment, but it is not essential.

The person we are supporting receives 2:1 support throughout the day with waking night support. This is their first time transitioning into supported living and they are nervous about building their independence. It is important that applicants to the rolehave the desire to support them to build confidence in independent living skills. They would like support with the following:

- Medication.
- Support with morning and evening routines.
- Cooking.
- Maintaining my home and tenancy.
- Activity planning.
- Personal Care prompts.
- Support with medical appointments.
- Shopping.
- Laundry.
- Finance management support.

JLKare and Support combine the advantage of independence with the reassurance of 24-hour support as required. Our projects are located across the West Midlands and Worcestershire. We support individuals with Learning disabilities, Mental Health, Autism andBehaviour described as challenging.

People placed within our services receive Person Centred support packages to ensure their individual needs are met whilst maintaining choice and control in their lives. Our staff strive to support each individual to increase and maintain their independenceby providing just enough support within their own home.

**Salary**

**£10.45 per hour**

**Shift Pattern**

**07:30 - 15:00**

**15:00 - 21:30**

**21:30 - 07:30 (Waking Night)**
