You will be trained in:

- Screen preparation from cleaning, coating and exposing screens for single to multi-colour print jobs
- Filing of positive film used to make the screen, so the film can be easily located and re-used for repeat orders
- Registration of screen print jobs so prints are in correct position on the garments, and in correct register with each other colour
- Full training will be provided for manual and automatic carousel
- You will be responsible for the up keep of the machinery/equipment used, e.g. carousel, dryer, squeegees etc., to ensure it is kept clean and tidy, and in suitable condition to produce a quality standard of work we require
- Ink mixing to achieve pantone matches and use of ink additives when necessary
- Quality checking your print for curing and quality, to ensure when a garment leaves Wild Thang it’s ready to wear.
- To read job sheet and visual to determine type and location of branding
- To highlight discrepancies and work effectively with the sales contact and/or Department Manager to clarify and resolve
- To follow instructions on job card in relation to size, position and colours and when required selects size and colour of substrate

Additional duties for this position will include,
- Inspecting the product, folding and packaging into plastic bags and then into boxes.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Demonstrated ability to be reliable and dependable to complete work assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and hand eye-coordination
- Willingness to learn
