**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services accordingly
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales area
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet sales targets
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and trust
- Utilise negotiation skills to secure favourable deals for both the customer and the company

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills to manage sales processes efficiently
- Proficiency in IT systems for sales tracking and reporting
- Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills with a drive to exceed customer expectations
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
- Ability to negotiate confidently to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Pay: From £23,898.00 per year
