**Job Title: Marketing Communications (Marcomms) Coordinator**

**Location: Near Eastbourne, East Sussex**

**Job Type: Full time and permanent**

**Salary: £25,000 per annum**

Our client is the leading manufacturer of condensate removal pumps and accessories used within the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry. The company commercialises its products through a specialist distributor networkin close to 100 countries worldwide.

**Role Summary**

Our client is looking for an Marcomms Coordinator to come and join their growing team. The role involves supporting with all aspects of the marketing mix, including exhibition planning, internal communications support, event planning across the group andproduct launch support. The person will be expected to be highly organised and be able to demonstrate that they can multitask well.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with internal and external teams for exhibition organisation, manage the coordination of exhibition duties and coordinate with the Creative team.
- Assist the Marcomms team with internal communication activities for the business, including charity initiatives and employee internal events.
- Support the Marketing team with product launches.
- Coordinate external events when required (Customer sales events).
- Coordinate the groups advertising and PR placement when required.
- Support the Marketing team with sales promotion.
- General administration duties.
- Assist the UK Social Media team.

**Qualifications/skills/experience**
- Excellent planning skills
- Computer proficient
- Basic analytical skills
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail.

**Education and Experience**
- 5+ GCSE Grades A-C
- Proficient in Marketing
- Marketing or business qualification would be ideal, but not required.
