**Production Supervisor (Food)**

My client, a leading Food Manufacturing company in the Craigavon Area are in search of a **Production Supervisor** to join their well-established team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor
- Allocating and supervising staff in order to achieve efficient production in order to ensure production targets are met
- Controlling packaging, labels etc and signing off documents as required
- Ensure that production records are completed accurately
- Investigating staff issues e.g. timekeeping and work performance and reporting issues to the management team
- Ensure that Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures are implemented and followed at all times
- Lead the team by example and ensure that your team adheres to company policies
- Other appropriate duties within the scope of the role

**Essential Criteria**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience of working in a similar role within the food industry
- Level 2 Food Safety (Minimum)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to lead a team
