**Thera Trust **has an exciting opportunity available for an** IT Asset and Configuration Coordinator** to join our team in **Grantham, Lincolnshire.** You will join us on a **full-time, permanent basis**. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £23,935.16 per annum.

Through this we can demonstrate that people with a learning disability can be leaders in society, but we can’t do this without you Thera Trust is now looking for an IT Asset and configuration Coordinator to join the IT team based in Grantham.
**About the IT Asset and Configuration Coordinator role**:
The main purpose of this role is to manage the infrastructure and processes around the deployment and refresh of the organisation’s IT assets and their ongoing maintenance, efficiently managing the maintenance of all IT related hardware and software by monitoring and acting on items such as patching levels, software versions, hardware age, licensing. Oversee the configuration and issue of all IT equipment, ensuring all IT assets can be quickly traced through accurate logs.
The IT Asset and Configuration Coordinator will have excellent organisational ability and methodical approach and have communication skills to be able to relay technical information to non-technical people.

- Strong experience of working in an IT department as 1st line support- Strong communications skills- Customer understanding, previous experience in the Care Sector and/or the Third Sector would be highly desirable. Adapts personal style to suit the situation and needs of others. Able to respond positively to change; embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish goals and solve problems. Believes in, adopts, and advocates Thera’s vision and values. Committed to a high level of service delivery. High levels of attention to detail.
