**Purpose of the job**:
We are currently looking for a Sales Director within the Pharma, Health & Durables division who will manage all sales activities for our entire Label product in the EMEA sales territory. You will be responsible for the Account/Sales Managers, Inside Sales Manager and Sales Administration Specialists to improve the organization’s market position in EMEA and assist the company in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, profitability and penetration.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:
Develops and implements strategic sales plans in the juristication

Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates

Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program

Directs sales development activity by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, assigns sales territory to sales representatives.

Closely monitors and manages volume/margin balance to maximize contribution margin growth.

Represents the company by attending trade association meetings and events including exhibitions, customer/supplier events and other networking opportunities.

Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

**Revenue responsibility**: 89 Mio €, volume 19kt

**Who we are looking for**:
A minimum of 10 years related experience in the plastics industry, preferably labels. A Master´s Degree would be a plus.

Here are more requirements and competencies we are looking for:
Excellent experience in B2B sales and commercial environment. Preferably in polymer and/or plastics industry.

Technical comprehension of film manufacturing and converting

An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement and strong operational focus.

A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.

An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics.

A senior sales leader who knows the spread between volume and pricing focus and always finds the right balance to get the optimum result for kp
