We are gardeners based in central Sevenoaks, working on all aspects of garden maintenance and hard and soft landscaping projects.

We work on a range of projects and garden sizes and we are expanding the team to accommodate for the year round commitments with our clients. This includes fencing, patios, paving, turfing and various other landscaping works.

We are a family business who understands that work sometimes needs to be flexible. We therefore offer flexibility within the hours worked to suit with your family commitments.

**Job description**

We are looking for a hard working individual, for a 3 month contract initially (that may be extended to full time if the individual shows the skill and commitment required). You must be able to drive and to travel to jobs with tools (you will be paid mileage for using your own vehicle, but we do have a vehicle and tools to use otherwise).

You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, depending on the project or maintenance job. You need to be organised and professional as you will need to ensure you have the right tools (will be provided if you don't have your own), to perform all tasks required in the garden by our clients. You need to show initiative as well as listen and take instruction on the work involved. This could involve:

- Mowing
- Strimming
- Pruning
- Weeding
- Hedge trimming
- Leaf blowing
- Clearance of garden debris
- Planting
- A good understanding of plants / horticulture
- General maintenance, landscaping and assistance.

**Equipment**:

- Tools will be provided. Training given if required.

**Working hours**:

- Generally 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
- Flexibility in hours to fit in with family commitments.

**Salary**:
Contract for 3 months with potential to take on full time: Minimum £120 per day. Dependant on experience of gardener - and if you have your own tools / car - this may be supplemented.
