**Domestic Cleaner**

We're looking for an experienced cleaner in Angmering. The role will be responsible for Air B&B turn arounds including full house cleans and itinerary checks at our holiday let property and various commercial buildings. You will need to be available for 15-20 Hours of work Monday - Friday with some weekends.

This role will be suitable for cleaners & housekeepers with experience, who understand maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various commercial settings and the importance of high standard cleaning for a Holiday Let. We need the chosen person to be reliable, responsive, and ready and willing to work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fully clean Holiday Let to a very high standard ready for our next guests
- Liaise with the Linen and Towels company
- Follow the check list of requirements and double check against the inventory
- Restock/replenish all consumables including toilet tissue, shower gel and hand soaps
- Ensure the kitchen is fully presentable and clean, emptying the fridges etc
- Ensure Tea, coffees and milk is always topped up and ready for the guests
- Report any breakages or damage at the time of changeover to ensure deposits are managed
- Test that the TV and internet works - locate remote controllers
- Assist in the deep cleaning of the Golf Centre, including driving range and office
- Assist in cleaning of Green Keepers facilities

**Must Haves**:

- Have the highest of standards towards cleaning and presentation.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Work with flexibility and enthusiasm for the profession
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong time management skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

15-20 Hours per week.
