** Part-Time Membership Executive**

**Based in Warwickshire** (Hybrid working)

**Competitive salary £30-35,000** (Depending on experience) plus benefits

**Part-Time (3 days per week)/Permanent**

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Membership Executive. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) and you will need to have had previous experience within memberships to be considered. As the Membership Executive you will deliver online and live B2B networking events consisting of small forums, dinners, receptions, large Shows and Conferences, to help grow international trade, promote new business opportunities, and develop new markets for our growing membership base.

**Job Role**:

- Responsible for identifying, engaging, and building new membership leads and nurturing these leads into members, to meet set targets and grow the community
- Hosting regular meetings (both in-person and/or on the phone) with potential members
- Creating promotional material to promote the benefits and value of membership
- Attending external events to meet up with existing and future members
- Tracking and reporting progress on both membership status to management

**Profile**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in membership recruitment, within a commercially focused membership/client service-led organisation
- Ability to work independently in a small team; being resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic
- A multi-tasking, problem solver capable of working under pressure with concurrent deliverables; taking responsibility for delivering on-time
- A well-organised, planned approach to work with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent time-management, capable of re-prioritising work to meet changing deadlines
- Confident on phone and screen, hosting meetings, taking calls, making sales calls
- Able to attend events which sometimes means early starts and/or late finishes and occasionally staying away
- IT skills including use of Microsoft office packages, databases, CRM, Social Media etc
- Must be able to drive and be a car owner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
