**Planning - First Line Manager**

**Pay Rate**: £30,000 - £33,000
**Contract Type**: Permanent (Full-Time)
**Shift patterns**: Rotating 06:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 22:00, Alternate Sundays
**Location**:Welham Green. AL10 8XF

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Planning First Line Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- Ensure daily and weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines are accomplished, working with the Ops plan, 12-week plan and in day activity.
- Support in driving a continuous improvement culture within the operation.
- Accountable for producing accurate, detailed planning information and volume plans.
- Plan, allocate, co-ordinate and adjust staff levels to meet operational requirements in line with defined budgets.
- To actively work alongside direct and indirect internal and external stakeholders.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Working knowledge of JDA systems, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Management of staff, including HR processes, reporting and development.
- Attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- Warehouse operation experience.
- Direct reporting to senior operational team and stakeholders.
