PMO Lead

**PMO LEAD (Finance Transformation)**

**3 Days in the office (Herts)**

**£550 PER DAY (Outside IR35)**

STOIX are partnering with an industry-leading, large Plc to identify a dynamic and experienced PMO Lead - Finance Transformation to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of projects. Supporting the Head of Finance Transformation and leadership team, you willcreate a robust roadmap for future development aligned and prioritised in order to deliver both strategic and business objectives.

The Role:

- Managing a portfolio of multiple projects, resourcing and any proposed changes which may affect project priorities
- Designing, developing and challenging proposed project plans
- Establishing a suitable governance framework
- Monitoring the quality of project outputs to ensure strategic objectives are met
- Ensuring effective reporting of all projects to enable stakeholders, sponsors and management to make appropriate decisions
- Conducting portfolio meetings and attend project meetings where required
- Establishing effective working relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring effective portfolio communications
- Identify and resolve potential conflicts or disagreements about project priorities
- Ensuring portfolio resources are appropriate to enable the necessary operational and strategic capability
- Providing coaching and guidance to SMEs who will support the programme
- Leading a team of process owners to ensure all processes are fully documented
- Working with the change and comms team to ensure change is managed positively
- Proven experience in leading the PMO on Finance Transformation Projects in a FTSE250 or equivalent
- Proven experience of portfolio delivery including providing portfolio assurance and governance
- Proven success of translating business analysis, requirements definition and business case production into practical implementation
- A strong understanding of Change Management
- An ability to build solid and productive stakeholder relationships in person and on a remote basis
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Expert planning and organisational skills
