**Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs leading property companies and professional brands as a Tenancy Progressor. You will be based in one of their prominent South West London offices, supporting the Lettings team as a vital member of the team, and liaising between tenants and landlords to ensure agreed lets progress efficiently into successful move-ins.

This is a busy role within a highly successful team, ideal for somebody who has previous industry experience and excellent administration skills. You must have an approachable and positive attitude and be a good team player

**Tenancy Progressor Job Role**:
- Progressing Tenancy paperwork
- Arranging inventories/start & end of tenancy cleans
- Organising contractors and liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Arranging renewal documentation and rent reviews
- Producing accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, and spreadsheets
- Drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
- Processing invoices
- Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases
- Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Money Laundering and clients’ compliance systems (for administrative purposes

**Tenancy Progressor Profile**:

- Strong administrative experience
- Experience of supporting a team
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Reapit preferably
- Time management skills
- Previous experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential

Package:

- Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
- Hours: 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
- Located: South West London
