Loft Insulation Installer

**Job Summary**:
Due to the companies growth, we are seeking a skilled loft Insulator to join our team. The Insulator will be responsible for installing loft insulation materials in homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all works are completed in line with industry and company standards to achieve the set quality targets
- Install loft insulation and ventilation in domestic homes
- Liaising with customers, full explaining what the installation will involve and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded
- Ensure all company Health and Safety rules are always adhered to including all team members
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Insulator or similar role
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with building processes including electrical, plumbing, roofing, and carpentry
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Current, full driving licence is essential
- Must have experiance and ideally the relevant NVQ
- Excellent face to face communication skills and able to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Proven ability to self-motivate, achieve set targets and experience of working without direct supervision, using initiative and working to deadlines
- Flexible approach to working hours due to the nature of the job
- Experience of working/complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures

Pay: £110.00-£140.00 per day
