**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clubs and teams.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Assisting clients in selecting the best teamwear options to meet their needs.
- Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Required skills:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clubs and teams.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good Phone Manner: Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
