Paolozzi Restaurant and Bar is a well-established restaurant located in the vibrant city of Edinburgh, Scotland which is linked to the Edinburgh Beer Factory who produce our Paolozzi Beer and Thistly Cross Ciders locally. We pride ourselves on our decent reputation and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Our team works hard and shares a strong sense of accomplishment at the end of each shift. During the festival season in August, the restaurant becomes particularly busy, and the fast-paced environment requires dedicated individuals who thrive under pressure.

We are currently seeking experienced staff members to join our team during the busy summer and Edinburgh Fringe and Festival period in August. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a great experience. The role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently as part of a team, and the willingness to go above and beyond to meet our guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Assisting with general restaurant duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
